As an athlete who has successfully completed five Ironman events, I have the pleasure to join thousands of men and women who share a commitment to train your mind and body for one of the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world. What motivates me is the ability to place mind over matter - the mental challenge of the race.  3 years ago, I created trihelping  to raise the visibility of social programs that are doing the right thing and living the Ironman spirit but need support to achieve their goals.  Please read more about  trihelping, about the 2016 cause,  and if you are an athlete and would like to join my efforts, please see the athletes section to learn more.
